Formula Groups
Menu option 916 – Formula Group Setup
Formula groups provide a way to hide certain formulas from certain users. They can also provide read-only formula access to given users.
This
example shows two formula groups, named “Secret” and “Top Secret”:
Clicking on a formula group on the left will show which users listed on the right have access. In this example, Admin, Barbara, David, and Susan are the only users allowed to see and change a “Secret” formula.
Click
on “Show Read Only List” to show the users that can load the formula,
but not save it:
In the above example, Mark and Technician are allowed to see the formulas ni the “secret” group, but cannot save them.
The user “Admin” has complete access to all groups at all times.

20 – Formulation Maintenance and Analysis):
